Alan Capper signs up for the gruelling inaugural COCO coast2coast cycle challenge

Together with Drew Crichton (Oldgate Clinic, Morpeth), Alan will attempt this biking challenge in 2 days on 23-24th September 2006. He has been wanting to do this ride for a few years now and this seemed the ideal opportunity, especially as he will be raising essential money for Steve Cram’s COCO charity. It does however mean cycling the first 80 miles from Whitehaven to Alston in one day! It is intended as a race and all teams will be competing against Steve Cram and Daley Thompson – so no pressure then!
