Alan Capper to do coast2coast again for COCO......on his 40th birthday!

Still raising money for COCO, this time it had the added significance of coinciding with his 40th birthday! Alan said after last year's ride that he would never do it again but a year is a long time and the pain and exhaustion had been forgotten! This year was still hard but not as bad - maybe it will be easier next year too?!

Alan would particularly like to thank Gemma Dyer (and her husband Jimmy) and Lucy Phillipson from COCO for their hard work and support, giving up their time over the bank holiday weekend and for providing essential snacks and drinks along the route!
